We’re celebrating 30 years this year and held our 1st of many events on Thursday 22.03.18 which was a Bread, Cheese and Wine evening. The evening was attended by locals and guests from the Hotel and Resort and commenced after an introduction from Barbara Hodges, Hotel and resort Director.
Demonstrations and talks were given by local bakers Julian Carter and Rob Hill from “Hambleton Bakery”, Carl Woolley from “The Veg Factor” introduced us to some very tasty cheeses to compliment the vast variety of breads.
If that wasn’t enough guests where extremely honoured to have Sommelier Sammy Wilkinson from “Crown Cellars” attend and demonstrate tantalising wines to compliment the beautiful cheeses and breads all available at Barnsdale Hall Hotel.
Tickets where £5 and are being donated to the East Midlands Air Ambulance along with raffle prize funds bringing a grand total of £500 raised from the evening.
