Our one, two and three-bedroom fully equipped lodges and apartments are located around the Barnsdale estate and many have views of wonderful Rutland Water with its wealth of wildlife and year-round recreational activities.

Lodges 1 - 11 are detached timber-framed lodge which has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. The ground floor comprises a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a separate WC. The first floor has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with a TV and DVD player. There is an outside balcony with table & chairs overlooking the lake. There is also a further twin bedroom on this level.
Lodges 12, 12A and 18-28 are detached timber ‘A’ frame lodges. They have one double bedroom, 1 twin and two single bedrooms sleeping 6. The ground floor comprises 1 double with en suite bathroom, one twin, a family bathroom and a separate WC. There is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen on this level with a TV & DVD player. On the first floor in the eaves there are two single bedrooms. Outside there is a terrace with table and chairs.
Lodges 14 - 17 and 31 are detached timber ‘A’ frame lodges. They have one double bedroom and two single bedrooms sleeping 4 people. The ground floor comprises 1 double bedroom, a family bathroom, and a separate WC. There is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen on this level with a TV & DVD player. On the first floor in the eaves there are two single bedrooms. Outside there is a terrace with table and chairs.
Lodges 29 and 30 are detached timber ‘A’ frame lodges. They have one double bedroom with en suite, 1 twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge sleeping 6 people.The ground floor comprises of 1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. There is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen on the first floor with a TV & DVD player. Outside there is a terrace with table and chairs.
