The Edith Weston Suite - Large
The Edith Weston Suite is the complete package. With its own ceremony room, reception room and terraced banqueting room all under one roof your wedding day needs for nothing else, allowing you to enjoy the day, freely. It is ideal for you when you are planning a large wedding. It allows for a wedding breakfast with up to 160 guests and an evening buffet for up to 200 guests
Your Ceremony
The Whitwell Ceremony Room is available for civil marriage/partnership ceremonies. It is a generous room which is very flexible in its style. A maximum of 120 guests may be seated for the ceremony. There is a £375 Room Hire Charge, which includes :-
- White chair covers
- The Whitwell Ceremony Room
Your drinks reception after the ceremony may be held in the bar/lounge area outside the Ceremony Room, or alternatively, if the weather permits, outside on the Landscaped Terrace overlooking Rutland Water.
Your Wedding Breakfast
Your Wedding Breakfast can be laid for a maximum of 160 guests seated at round tables, however, there is a minimum requirement of 80 guests. Should you wish to hire the venue for less guests an additional room hire charge will be levied. There is a £1100 Room Hire Charge which covers the cost of holding your wedding in this beautiful suite and on the landscaped terrace. It also includes :-
- Place cards
- White linen table cloths
- Menu card for each table
- Personalised seating plan
- Our Master of Ceremonies
- Round or square cake stand with knife
- White napkins and chair covers
- Use of the Grounds for Photographs
- Double room for you on your wedding night
After your wedding breakfast we prepare for your reception. The Edith Weston Suite can cater for up to 200 guests inside and you can enjoy either a BBQ, Buffet or Hog Roast. Music may be played until midnight and should you choose to book our DJ to put some swing into your party he can be booked between 7.00pm and 12.00am for £350. The bar next to the dance floor remains open until 1.00am....
