The customer service has been outstanding throughout our entire experience, from our initial booking, to our site visits to the hosting of the event.

We were impressed with the level of service we received from the function co-ordinators who made certain that our room set up and facilities were exactly as we required. Nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was done in a timely and positive manner. The BBQ lunch on day one was very well received.

The Maitre d - (apologies, we didn't write down anyone's names!) was outstanding in terms of service and attention to detail – as were the waiters and waitresses on duty. Each and every one of them took the time and care to ensure that the dining experience was well-orchestrated. In particular, there were two waiters who deserve special mention. The first (again, I don't have his name – I think he has a Eastern European accent) was very quick to remedy the situation when one of our participants spilt his red wine. He did so in a very subtle and gracious way that didn't draw any unnecessary attention to the incident. He has a very customer-focussed and professional attitude that we very much appreciated – he also arranged for a vegetarian on our table, who hadn't actually ordered a starter, to have some tomato soup. Secondly, there was a waiter with very black spiky hair who organised our wine order for us. Again, this was very responsive, carried out exactly as requested and kept me informed throughout – great stuff! We were exceptionally pleased that everyone received the correct meal and your organisation of the name tags was brilliant.

The food throughout the event was some of the best we've experienced at a hotel conference centre – again, thanks to your chefs for delicious meal times and to all the waiters and waitresses for brilliant presentation and preparation of the food service areas. Some buffets can look like a bomb's hit them after a few people have selected their meals - what we experienced was lovely throughout and totally appetising.

Everyone was happy with their room allocations and enjoyed the hotel's facilities immensely.

All in all, it's been a superb experience for us as trainers and, more importantly for our client. We will definitely be looking to book with you again and will recommend you to others.

Many thanks for such making our celebratory lunch such a very pleasant occasion.
