The resort units enjoy seclusion within the conservation parkland. Many of them are positioned to have a great deal of privacy, as well as having fantastic views over Rutland Water. This peaceful haven with its wildlife and unique setting in the United Kingdom’s smallest county of Rutland just adds another unique feature to your stay.

As an owner of one of our investment timeshares you are free to enjoy the facilities all year round. Barnsdale Hall has been awarded by RCI and Interval International (two of the largest international timeshare exchange companies in the world) Gold Crown and Five Star status, and as such Barnsdale Owners benefit from great bargaining power when it comes to exchanging their weeks with other resorts and locations around the world. So if you decide one year that you want to go abroad then you are able to swap your timeshare through one of the exchange companies for a resort of a similar standard anywhere in the world.
