For Owners wishing to Rent out their Lodge/Apartment
Please fill the contact form below if you wish us to advertise your week for Rental on our website and our online booking partner, Infotel.
A 20% plus VAT at the current rate, commission will be deducted from any Rental monies received for your unit. Please note that your current Management Fees must be paid prior to your Rental request being processed. We offer no guarantee that your unit will be rented. If you are successful in renting out your unit, you will be notified. If you have not heard from us at least 2 weeks before the arrival date, please telephone to confirm if you wish to continue with the Rental or wish to withdraw it. If your rental is successful the balance of the Rental will be paid to the first named owner, by cheque approximately 10 days after the departure date.
Please be advised if you wish to bank your week with an exchange company or remove it from the rental list we require 1 weeks notice in order to update our systems. Failure to do this could result in your exchange being cancelled due to your unit being rented out by ourselves.
