Celebrate this Christmas with family, friends and colleagues at Barnsdale Hall. Christmas party nights include a three course dinner with crackers, hats and novelties provided, followed by music from our resident DJ disco Dave. Drinks are available from 7pm followed by a three course dinner with mince pies and coffee served at 8pm prompt. Special overnight accommodation rates are available for those wishing to stay over and take things a little easier the next day.

Christmas Eve
Check in at your leisure from 2pm, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon tea served in our lounge. Then join us for pre dinner cocktail and canapés followed by a sumptuous dinner with live entertainment.
Christmas Day
Merry Christmas! If it’s an early start Barnsdale Leisure Club and Spa is open from 7am (spa treatments must be pre booked) followed by breakfast between 8am - 10am in the restaurant. From 11am we have arranged a treasure hunt around the resort for those who prefer a less stressful morning exercise. Christmas day lunch will be served in the Edith Weston Suite from 12 noon onwards with a visit from Father Christmas for all the children and others young at heart. After the Queen's speech, relax and unwind before our International buffet dinner is served at 7.30 – 9.30pm, followed by a quiz night.

Boxing Day
Wake up to breakfast from 8am-10am before venturing out to the sales. A wealth of shopping can be found close by at Stamford or Peterborough. If sales are not you, then enjoy a stroll around Rutland Water, a conservation area with an abundance of wildlife. Join us for a farewell Gala dinner with pre dinner drinks at 7.30pm dinner at 8.15pm. Music will be provided by our resident DJ disco Dave.
December 27th
Breakfast from 8am. A fond farewell, and safe journey home...remember to book for next year.

Celebrate the New Year in style at our New Year's Eve Themed Black & White Ball.
Enjoy the glitz and glamour; black tie, cocktail dresses and all that razzmatazz, dress to thrill at our glitzy ball. With a Champagne and canapé reception on arrival from 7.00pm, themed 4 course dinner served at 8.15pm prompt and live music from fi ve piece band 'The In Crowd' followed by the chimes of Big Ben and disco music to the small hours. Seating arrangements are available in tables of 8 upwards, individual couples and parties of 6 and below are to be put on to tables sharing of 8. This is an adults only event. No children are allowed to attend.
Stay the night and enjoy our late New Year’s Day Brunch @ £100 per room inclusive of brunch.

Terms & Conditions
Places may be booked provisionally by telephone but must be confirmed by sending back the official form within 14 days of making the reservation.
Deposits & Pre-payments are non-refundable
Once a booking is made we request that all communications are made through the Christmas Co-ordinator to avoid confusion. Cheques may be sent by post, credit card payments may be made over the telephone or at reception. Cash payments can only be received at the hotel reception desk. Please wait for your receipt. Full payment must be received by the 1st November 2008 for all events.
Special Diets
Those who are organising groups are requested to ensure that all special dietary requirements are notified in advance and confirmed in writing to the Christmas Co-ordinator. A special vegetarian selection is incorporated in all menus.
Wine A special festive wine list is available. Due to large numbers attending these events, we strongly recommend that an initial amount of wine is ordered and paid for in advance. This will then be placed on the tables on arrival to ensure speedy service although wine service is available at the tables; it is obviously difficult to guarantee the quick execution of a large number of orders placed on the night. Dress Code The dress code for all events (with the exception of New Year's Eve black tie) is smart casual (strictly no jeans or trainers).

Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
